Though the track is closed for repaving they still had a regional autocross which I did not wake up early enough go to. I only saw some very nice cars trickle down the hill into town following the event, which along with every other auto-related thing here helps make Watkins Glen a fantastic oasis as far as car spotting goes in New York.
I went to the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ’s periodical Conversation Series which was amazeballs but I took this picture because I misheard instructions to go to the Seneca Lodge where racers of every generation usually go to party and went up the hill, to the Glen Motor Inn instead. The family owned biz ofcourse owns/fielded the McLaren M12 I took a bad picture of in my last post.
Love that NACA duct, why doesn’t eveyone do this?
It would make sense to compile all of this into one good post. I’ll make time for that...sometime this week.
